This standard is applicable to the residential design of precast concrete structure and precast steel structure.
In order to connect the standardized design of precast houses with the application of parts and components, establish design and selection methods, guide designers to master the system integration design with standardized parts and components as the core, and promote the coordinated development of the whole industrial chain, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development approved the standard for design and selection of precast houses as the industry standard, numbered JGJ / t494-2022, which will be implemented from April 1, 2022.
