Sea news | the first steel structure cast commercial residential project in Hangzhou is open

The balance of technology, design and green has become the key to design.

At the beginning of the design, sea selected the “Timoshenko” technology – implicit frame steel structure residential system, which is formed by wide concrete-filled steel tubular columns and narrow flange H-shaped steel beams.

This structural system not only meets the needs of building industrialization and ecological civilization, but also meets the flexible layout of buildings because the steel columns and beams are small in size and easy to be hidden in the building wall.

The portal, steel beam, wallboard, elevator shaft and other areas have been treated with different degrees of fire prevention, crack prevention, sound insulation and waterproof.

In the process of on-site construction, the above ground steel columns are installed on three floors and one section, which greatly reduces the manufacturing and processing costs and the standardization of components, and can meet the layout requirements of ventilation and lighting, full open house type, indoor streamline optimization, etc.
