Recently, the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development issued the Hainan precast construction industry development plan (2022-2030) (hereinafter referred to as the plan), proposing that by 2025 and 2030, the added value of the province’s precast construction industry will reach 30billion yuan and 50billion yuan respectively.
According to the plan, by 2025, the precast building area in the province will account for more than 80% of the newly-built building area, and the added value of the precast construction industry will reach 30billion yuan.
By 2030, the precast building area in the province will account for more than 95% of the newly-built building area, the precast steel structure building area in the precast buildings will account for 30%, and the added value of the precast building industry will reach 50billion yuan.
As one of the landmark projects in the construction of the national ecological civilization pilot zone, precast buildings can not only attract domestic leading enterprises to Hainan to carry out precast construction industry investment, base construction and technology application, but also create conditions for Hainan and the mainland to jointly carry out technological innovation in the precast construction industry.
In addition, 120000 industrial workers have been trained in total, and the employment rate with certificates has reached 100%.
There are 30 provincial precast construction industrial bases and 2 National precast construction industrial bases.

At the same time, residential construction projects, including 250000 sets of comfortable houses built during the “fourteenth five year plan” period, will also gradually adopt the precast building construction method.
