Recently, Qingyuan Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development issued a notice on printing and distributing the “14th five year plan” for precast buildings in Qingyuan, hereinafter referred to as the “notice”.
By the end of 2025, the precast buildings in the central urban area will account for more than 30% of the newly-built building area, and more than 20% in other areas, of which the precast building area of government investment projects will account for more than 50%.
★ it is mentioned in the notice that by the end of 2023, the precast buildings in the central urban area (Qingcheng district and Qingxin District) will account for more than 15% of the newly-built building area, and that in other areas (Yingde City, Lianzhou City, Fogang County, Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County, Liannan Yao Autonomous County and Yangshan County) will account for more than 10%, of which the precast building area of government investment projects will account for more than 30%.
