Chairman Chen Zuxin proposed to clarify ideas, find the right methods, strengthen deployment, transform technology into productivity, and actively promote the application of precast prestressed frame technology in combination with the dual carbon goal.
The meeting requested that the draft of the standard be further improved according to the division of labor, and a standard review meeting be held in September.

The members of the preparation team discussed the first draft of the standard (V2 version) chapter by chapter, especially the key technical issues such as the seismic performance objective, scope of application, design method and so on.
The standard preparation team reported the progress of standard preparation, relevant experimental research work and main contents of the standard.
