Seismic simulation test of precast steel joint concrete composite frame was successfully completed in our school
The size of the table is 3m × 3m, load capacity of 17t, maximum horizontal displacement of ± 10cm, vertical displacement of ± 10cm, maximum horizontal acceleration of 2.0g in both directions, vertical acceleration of 1.0g, and effective frequency band of input ground motion of 0.5~50Hz.
On December 30, the earthquake simulation test of precast steel joint concrete composite frame organized by Rong Xian team of Hebei University of Technology was successfully completed in the Key Laboratory of Building Damage Mechanism and Defense of China Seismological Bureau.
The seismic simulation test system of the Key Laboratory of Building Damage Mechanism and Defense of China Seismological Bureau includes test cushion cap, power system, control system, data acquisition system and high-speed imaging system.
With the same performance parameters, the excitation direction of the shaking table was upgraded from the initial horizontal bidirectional to three to six degrees of freedom.
At the same time, the control mode of the test system was upgraded, and the control accuracy of ground motion input was improved.
Typesetting: Pan Yatong..
The test carried out seismic simulation loading on a three story and two span integral frame (with a total weight of about 18t), completed four waveforms of white noise, ElCentro seismic wave, Chi Chi seismic wave and Wolong seismic wave, three directions, and 69 working conditions of combinations of 0.05g, 0.1g, 0.4g, 0.62g, 1.20g, 1.5g seismic acceleration, etc., and completely recorded the characteristics and process of structural deformation and damage under the earthquake through 228 sensors such as displacement, acceleration, strain, etc, Verify the seismic performance of this new type of structure.
In July 2019, the upgrading and reconstruction of the shaking table was completed.
The seismic simulation shaking table was completed in May 2013 and passed the quality acceptance.
The seismic simulation test system can be used to carry out seismic performance test and research on buildings, bridges, tunnels, dams, pipe racks, nuclear power plants, offshore platforms, electromechanical equipment and other engineering structures under earthquake.
