Subsidy: When purchasing precast commercial housing with housing provident fund loan, the loan amount of housing provident fund can be increased by up to 20%; For precast construction projects, the quality deposit paid by the construction enterprise shall be calculated by multiplying the total contract price minus the total price of precast components by 2%, and the residential property warranty fund paid by the construction unit shall be calculated by multiplying the total cost of property construction and installation minus the total price of precast components by 2%; Plot ratio award, etc.

Category 2 projects all adopt precast buildings: first, new public rental housing, shantytowns reconstruction resettlement housing and other projects in the provincial urban planning area; Second, government invested projects..

Subsidy: The project construction unit can apply for demonstration projects, including residential buildings, public buildings and municipal infrastructure.
