On November 13, the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the list of the first batch of precast construction demonstration cities and industrial bases, and Country Garden was rated as the national precast construction industrial base.
According to the plan, Country Garden will continue to develop the whole industrial chain model, explore the promotion of EPC (general contracting) management, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
The integration of design, production and construction firmly controls all major links of real estate development in its own hands, creating favorable conditions for quality and cost control, and effectively controlling the cost of precast construction.
The General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development said that each precast building demonstration city and industrial base should promote the work of precast buildings in a solid manner according to the regulations, explore and summarize a number of replicable and promotable precast building development experience in a timely manner, and give full play to the role of demonstration and industrial support.
According to the document of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Letter of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Identification of the First Batch of Precast Building Demonstration Cities and Industrial Bases, 30 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou have become precast building demonstration cities, and 195 enterprises including Country Garden have become the first batch of precast building industrial bases.
