The meeting was held in the form of on-site+video, with 236 people from the leading group of Yunnan Cement, senior managers and management personnel at or above the level of each department, members of the team of each member enterprise, marketing center, and management personnel at or above the middle level attending the meeting in the main venue and each branch venue.

In his report, Zhang Zibin reviewed and summarized the work and achievements of Yunnan Cement in the first half of 2022, pointed out the shortcomings, analyzed the situation in the second half of 2022, further clarified that the annual task objectives remained unchanged, and arranged the work for the second half of 2022.

The heads of each department of Yunnan Cement reported on the implementation of the “2022 Annual Objectives, Tasks, and Key Work Plan List” one by one, and the leaders of regional companies made comments and overall evaluations, further refining the company’s work direction and priorities in the second half of the year.
