At present, experts and researchers have developed organic Rankine power generation technology based on the Rankine cycle waste heat power generation.

Among them, steam turbine generator is a key equipment in waste heat power generation technology, which fully absorbs waste heat and waste gas, converts heat energy into electrical energy, provides operating power for the generator, and provides electricity for the cement plant production line.

Due to certain requirements for the temperature of waste gas waste heat, the temperature must be above 360 degrees, otherwise the supply of thermal and electrical energy cannot be guaranteed, and the recovery efficiency of waste heat will be affected.

When the temperature of waste gas waste heat is low, it can enable organic media with lower boiling points to fully absorb waste gas waste heat to provide heat energy for work in the steam turbine, successfully forming energy conversion, and effectively solving the problem of insufficient utilization of waste gas waste heat at low temperatures.
