The Notice requires that leading enterprises in the precast construction industry chain should play a leading role, drive upstream, midstream, downstream enterprises (units) in scientific research, design, production, construction, operation and maintenance services to form industry alliances, achieve strong chain extension and supplementation of the industrial chain, and promote high-quality development of the precast construction industry.
