On the basis of modular hierarchical splitting, the assembly components of the exterior wall system are merged to form assembly unit “clusters”.
For exterior wall panels without window openings, such as L-shaped wall panels with corners and irregular wall panels with inner corners greater than 90 °, separate “cluster” types are recorded to minimize the types of assembly unit “clusters” as much as possible, so that in factory prefabrication production, only different “clusters” are set up with mold platforms and molds, and batch production is carried out according to different “clusters”.
