Building Structure | Implemented from March 10th! Revision and issuance of the “Detailed Rules for Calculating the Assembly Rate of Precast
In order to implement the deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to build a “strong construction province” and comprehensively and systematically promote the development and application of precast buildings on a larger scale, our department organized relevant units to revise the “Detailed Rules for Calculating the Assembly Rate of Precast Buildings in Sichuan Province” (Chuanjianjianfa [2020] No.
275), which was reviewed and approved by an expert meeting.
The newly revised “Detailed Rules for Calculating the Assembly Rate of Precast Buildings in Sichuan Province” will be issued and implemented from March 10, 2025.
Please urge and guide the responsible parties of the project in various regions to further strengthen the quality and standard control of the entire process of engineering construction, including scheme design, construction organization management, and completion acceptance.
