In order to implement the requirements of policies and regulations such as the “Hainan Province Green Building Development Regulations”, strengthen the implementation of supporting policies and technical documents for precast buildings, enhance the quality and safety management of precast buildings, and promote the healthy development of precast buildings, combined with the actual situation of our province, our department has drafted the “Notice on Strengthening the Management of Precast Building Construction (Draft for Comments)” (see Annex 1 for details), and is now soliciting opinions from the public.
