Recently, the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau released the “Implementation Opinions on Vigorously Developing Intelligent Construction and Industrialized Construction to Accelerate the Construction of Modern Industry in the Construction Industry (Draft for Comments)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft for Comments”), proposing that from 2026, 100% of newly sold residential land in the city will be implemented with precast buildings, and the coordinated development of modular buildings, precast decoration, and smart home systems will be promoted simultaneously.
