In order to implement the decision and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on vigorously developing precast buildings, promote the high-quality development of precast buildings, and assist in the construction of houses, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development has issued the “Catalogue of replicable and promotable technology systems and products for precast buildings” (the first batch).

The catalog includes 9 types of 32 technical systems and 11 products, including main structures, modular buildings, enclosure walls and interior partitions, decoration and equipment pipelines.

A total of 8 technical systems from Zhejiang Province have been selected for this batch of catalogs, covering main structures, enclosure walls and interior partitions, decoration and equipment pipelines.

This issue introduces the assembled double-sided wall panel composite shear wall structural system selected in Zhejiang Province.
