Fixing Socket

The scope of project contracting includes the conceptual design optimization of the fine decoration of the front desk on the first floor of the South Tower of China Electric Great Wall Building and the 27th to 39th floors (including the outdoor platform on the 39th floor), as well as the cafeteria on the 2nd floor of the South Tower podium.

This will be further deepened to include scheme design, construction drawing design, completion drawing preparation, procurement, commissioning, and operation of mechanical and electrical equipment, procurement and construction of decoration materials, and delivery through a general contracting approach of design, procurement, construction, acceptance, and delivery.
