In order to implement the decision and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on vigorously developing precast buildings, promote the high-quality development of precast buildings, and assist in the construction of houses, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development has issued the “Catalogue of replicable and promotable technology systems and products for precast buildings” (the first batch).

The catalog includes 9 types of 32 technical systems and 11 products, including main structure, modular buildings, enclosure walls and interior partitions, decoration and equipment pipelines.

In our province, a total of 8 technical systems have been selected for this batch of catalogs, covering main structure, enclosure walls and interior partitions, decoration and equipment pipelines.

This issue introduces the selected precast wall systems and precast ceiling systems in our province.
