The Saudi Arabia Riyadh Sedla Phase 3-4 and Riyadh East projects have planned more than 6700 precast concrete villas, making it the largest precast building cluster project undertaken by China Communications Construction Corporation.

Focusing on “how to achieve large-scale and stable delivery of precast buildings in complex overseas environments”, China Harbour Engineering aims to build its own intelligent construction technology system for precast buildings.

It synchronously achieves technological breakthroughs from four dimensions: “integrated design, intelligent construction, digital management system, and data connectivity”, and constructs a full chain intelligent construction mode covering design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation, which operates stably in project implementation.
