Abstract: Compared with the traditional cast-in-place concrete construction mode, precast residential buildings have a shorter construction period and more reasonable cost control.

Moreover, the construction mode of on-site assembly of precast components can not only effectively reduce dust and noise pollution, but also better meet the requirements of green environmental protection.

Based on the characteristics of a large-scale residential community project, this article summarizes an effective quality control construction technology for precast and assembled residential waterproofing construction, in order to provide reference and inspiration for other similar projects.
