The 15th Five Year Plan aims to develop precast buildings on a large scale
Recently, the Outline of the 15th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”) was released.
The Outline consists of 18 articles and 62 chapters, among which the second section of Chapter 47, “Actively and prudently promoting and achieving carbon peak”, “Promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction in key areas”, clearly states “promoting the large-scale development of ultra-low energy consumption and precast buildings”.
