Recently, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Jiangxi Province officially approved the “Evaluation Standards for Precast Buildings in Jiangxi Province” as the local standard for engineering construction in Jiangxi Province, with the number DBJ/T36-073-2026, which will come into effect on March 16, 2026.
