294 has been officially issued, and the “Technical Standard for Application of Precast External Wall Panels” (DG/TJ08-2475-2026) has been approved.
It will be implemented in Shanghai on January 1, 2027.
This is the first special engineering specification in Shanghai that covers all categories of external wall panels, filling in the gaps in local precast exterior wall technology and establishing a unified full process control standard for the city’s civil and industrial building exterior wall projects.
