At present, China’s precast buildings are trapped in the pseudo industrialization dilemma of “quality not improving but decreasing, cost not decreasing but increasing”.
The root cause lies in the principle of “equivalent cast-in-place” as the highest criterion, and the use of continuous cast-in-place logic to rigidly apply the discrete assembly system, which stifles the excellent endowment of precast buildings that are naturally “decoupled, movable, and energy consuming”.
