In order to thoroughly implement the national and autonomous region’s decisions and deployments on promoting green and low-carbon development of urban and rural construction and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Department of the autonomous region, together with nine departments including education, finance, natural resources, transportation, health, market supervision, taxation, and financial supervision, recently officially issued the “Notice on Further Strengthening the Promotion and Application of Precast Stair Boards, Precast Floor slabs, Precast Interior and Exterior Wall Panels in New Buildings” (Gui Jianfa [2026] No.
8), expanding the application of precast “three boards” from pilot cities to the full coverage of new buildings in 14 central urban areas of the region.
