The main body of the factory adopts an assembled integrated reinforced concrete frame structure, and the second and third floors of beams, slabs, and roof panels are all constructed using the integrated beam slab fully assembled technology.

Precast components include precast concrete composite frame beams, precast concrete unsupported short rib slabs, precast beam slab integrated units, precast gutter beams, and precast internal partition walls; Among them, the first floor of G3 # factory building also additionally uses precast foundation cup mouths and precast columns.

According to the pre evaluation during the design phase, the assembly rate of G2 # factory building is 62%, and the assembly rate of G3 # factory building is 78%, which have been rated as A-level and AA level precast buildings respectively.
