Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development publicly solicited opinions on the “Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Precast Decoration (Draft for Comments)”, clarifying that by 2030, the proportion of precast decoration applications will significantly increase, forming five major systems: standards, technology, industry, supervision, and talent.
For decoration companies, this is a rearrangement of order structure; For the general contractor, hardcover delivery may become a standard action; For homebuyers, the delivery method may be changed from “rough and self tinkering” to “menu style ready to move in”.
