[Architecture] Beijing: issue the implementation opinions on the further development of precast buildings
The opinions pointed out that by 2025, the proportion of precast buildings in the new construction area will reach 55%.
Further simplify the bidding process and accelerate the information sharing and interaction among various platforms of public resource trading…
The Opinions also proposes to promote the application of general contracting mode in precast buildings, and the general contracting mode shall be adopted for government investment projects in principle.
Study and formulate relevant standards and systems for achievement delivery, completion acceptance, data archiving and so on among all parties and disciplines participating in the construction of the general contract.
