Before construction, the management personnel repeatedly surveyed the site, checked and calculated the foundation bearing capacity and foundation pit safety for many times, and selected appropriate reinforcement measures to ensure the safety of hoisting operation.
The Guanghua 3rd Lot Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project is a pilot project of the pilot city of underground comprehensive pipe gallery supported by the central finance, and also a key project of Guangzhou.
The total length of precast comprehensive pipe gallery in Guanghua Section III is 88.8m, with 37 sections in total.
As the main force of urban construction in Guangzhou, the Municipal Group actively responded to the “Guangzhou Model of Building Assembled Buildings” proposed by the Construction Group, and will vigorously develop municipal engineering precast buildings, better promote the modernization of the construction industry in Guangzhou, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
The precast comprehensive pipe gallery is produced in the demonstration base of municipal group’s precast building industry, and is transported to the construction site for hoisting and splicing after factory prefabrication and steam curing are qualified.
At the beginning of the hoisting operation, repeatedly check the foundation reinforcement, ground hardening, increase of steel support measures, crane counterweight and operation conditions, do a good job of pre shift safety disclosure, improve vigilance against existing hazards, and ensure that the whole hoisting process of precast pipe gallery is safe.
Precast pipe gallery components can meet the requirements of partition production, and cooperate with the coherent assembly line operation, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
The factory prefabrication adopts efficient and intensive industrial manufacturing, effectively reducing the amount of wet work, material waste, dust and construction waste at the construction site, which can not only achieve the purpose of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection, but also greatly improve the quality of components.
The comprehensive pipe gallery is 5.6 kilometers long, with a contract amount of 1.343 billion yuan.
The project will be hoisted twice in October and November 2020, of which the east mirror section K14+754~K14+790 (36m) and the north second ring section K12+836~K12+888.1 (52.8m) will be assembled by upper and lower split precast pipe racks, and each hoisting period will be about one week.
The length of a single section is 2.4m, and the section size is B × H=10.2 × 4.6 meters, and the weight of a single precast component is about 40 tons.
Without increasing the comprehensive cost, the quality of the comprehensive pipe gallery project and the construction environment have been significantly improved, which conforms to the current development concept of green, environmental protection and energy conservation, and has accumulated valuable experience for the company’s precast building construction.
