The “14th five year plan outline” of the company actively responded to the national carbon peak and carbon neutralization development goals, followed the development direction of the construction industry, and put forward the overall requirements to improve the application level of the company in precast buildings and green energy-saving buildings.
In recent years, the state has vigorously promoted green low-carbon building materials and green construction methods, vigorously developed precast buildings, and accelerated the industrialization of new buildings.
The meeting pointed out that the technology, quality and safety department of the company should establish information sharing and exchange channels for precast buildings and take the lead in preparing design guidelines for precast buildings; All real institutes and professional technical committees should further strengthen the education and training of precast building technology, effectively improve the company’s precast building design level, and provide customers with high-quality precast building design products.
In accordance with the spirit of the “14th five year plan outline” of the state and the company, the company held a technical seminar on precast architectural design on March 15.
According to the current development of precast buildings, this paper exchanges the design experience and existing problems of precast buildings, and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the design ability of precast buildings.
At the meeting, Zhang Weicai, executive chief architect of the company, Jia Jie and Yang Chaojie, deputy summarists of the company, and Zhang Guojun, vice president of Structural Engineering Innovation Research Institute, introduced precast buildings in detail from the aspects of national and local policies, planning approval and construction, architectural structure design, existing engineering examples and so on.
