The representative projects have won more than 80 national, provincial and municipal awards, including the 10th anniversary Architectural Creation Award of China Architectural Society, the gold award of China architectural design, the 17th Zhan Tianyou award of China Civil Engineering Society of China, the design gold award of the 10th spatial structure award of spatial structure branch of China steel structure association, etc.
Meng Jianmin sent a message that in recent years, the construction industry has developed rapidly driven by a series of new technologies such as digital information, big data, artificial intelligence and construction robots.
Scientific research achievements in the field of academic research, Meng Jianmin published many monographs such as original design, creation and practice of new medical buildings, weightlessness, and edited many professional and technical books such as technical rules and measures of architectural design, policy standards of affordable housing in Shenzhen, research on supporting construction and efficient utilization of living space, Served as the project leader of the special project of the national key R & D plan “new methods and tools for goal and effect oriented green building design”, the general director of several precast building research topics such as “research and development of precast talent housing structure system in Shenzhen” and “Research on precast building system to meet the development needs of Shenzhen”.
The state has vigorously promoted the coordinated development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization.
At the same time, Meng Jianmin led the research group of “series research on the standardization of affordable housing in Shenzhen” to complete the series of achievements of “Research on the policy standards, supporting construction and efficient utilization of living space of affordable housing in Shenzhen”, “Research on the modularization, industrialization, BIM Technology Application and cost control of affordable housing in Shenzhen” and “Atlas of standardized design of affordable housing in Shenzhen”, Won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of China Architectural Society.
Many governments and enterprises are actively exploring and solving the problems of developing precast buildings.
At the same time, he is committed to the research, design and whole process consultation of precast buildings, and has presided over a number of precast architectural designs, including Shenzhen mayor’s public housing and ancillary works, Xinjiang Grand Theater, Papua New Guinea butuka School Park, etc.
Among them, Shenzhen mayor Shenzhen public housing and ancillary works was the largest single talent affordable housing project in China at that time, and passed the assembly technology certification of Shenzhen in 2019.
He has presided over and designed more than 200 various engineering projects, such as the memorial hall of the river crossing campaign, the memorial hall of Yushu earthquake site, Shenzhen Qianhai International Conference Center, Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Hong Kong and so on.
In this context, our construction practitioners should comply with the future development trend, actively explore and innovate new methods and new paths of construction technology such as precast building, study and improve the relevant academic theories of construction technology, and jointly promote the future construction industrialization to the road of high-quality development.
The above research results provide a basic basis for the special planning of precast buildings in Shenzhen, and point out the research direction for the follow-up research of precast building structure system.
