It is necessary to establish a high-precision CP Ⅲ precision measurement control network along the subway construction line, adopt high-precision measurement equipment, locate and control the state of track plate and rail in the whole process, and ensure that they meet the design standards.

The third step is the fine adjustment of the track plate.

After the fourth step of fine adjustment, install the edge sealing formwork and anti floating device to fix the track plate.

The high-precision total station + fine adjustment prism is used for rapid measurement to obtain the adjustment data, and then the special fine adjustment equipment is used to adjust the track plate to the design position, and the adjustment error is controlled within 1mm.

The new track of line 14 has greatly changed from the previous subway track.

Step 5: pour self compacting concrete between the track slab and the base to permanently fix the track slab.

One rail is 25 meters long and 1.5 tons heavy.

Next, the unit responsible for laying innovated the construction process and transported the track plate, steel rail, self compacting concrete and other materials to the subway line for assembly by using new equipment such as new energy rail car, pure electric deformable tire rail laying car, concrete distribution car and slab carrier.

How do they construct? First, we need to establish an automatic factory to produce various types of track plates according to the design requirements.

The installation accuracy of such heavy plates and tracks is controlled by millimeters.
