The third and fifth phases of the project are constructed in the traditional way, and the fourth phase is constructed in the precast way.

As the first precast residential area in Dongxihu District, the project will provide more than 2100 housing units for residents of Dongxihu District after completion, focus on solving the problem of people’s relocation in Zoumaling District, greatly improve the living environment in the district, promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of urban construction, improve the quality of the city, and play a leading and exemplary role in the construction of precast residential buildings in Wuhan.

The project is under the general contracting of China Construction Third Bureau Green Investment Corporation and the construction of the first company.

The successful application of this system makes the project have three major characteristics compared with traditional projects: “efficient construction”, “green energy saving” and “safe earthquake resistance”.
