It will become a fixed supporting project for the 20th China (Changsha) International Machine Tool Exhibition and other national expositions, with an estimated reception of more than 100000 people, promoting the rapid development of more than 10 industries and driving the employment of more than 10000 people.

The factory has two of the most advanced automatic production lines for PC components in China, with a strong capacity of 200000 cubic meters of PC components per year.

“The component quality of Changsha Urban Investment Exhibition Project is very high, and the on-site assembly must be successful at one time!” Wang Feng, deputy director of PC factory, and the project team extended the “millimeter level process” to all links of on-site construction.

With an area of 60000 square meters and 11 group buildings, “millimeter level” technology and “craftsman level” quality, it took more than 300 days, and a precast demonstration project was born.

Before hoisting each precast component, accurate setting out and elevation control shall be carried out, and the verticality and levelness of the component shall be controlled during the hoisting process.

The Changsha Urban Investment Convention and Exhibition Project (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) is a comprehensive supporting project of the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center.

In terms of scientific research, intellectual support is provided by two think tanks, the first precast “academician workstation” in the country and the only “construction industrialization integrated construction engineering technology research center” in the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
