Scientific and technological innovation During the “13th Five Year Plan” period, the Institute of Standards presided over and participated in 23 national, provincial and ministerial projects (topics) in the field of precast buildings, including 12 national key research and development projects (topics) and 10 provincial and ministerial projects, which provided strong technical support for the development of precast buildings in China, and formed the following important scientific and technological achievements.
