The early development of precast buildings mainly focuses on the prefabrication of structural systems, and the supporting facilities such as enclosure system, decoration, equipment pipeline, integrated kitchen and bathroom are insufficient, resulting in incomplete industrial system and overcapacity of structural components in some areas.
