Workers are the most glorious.

Not following the rules or following the crowd, they use their own hands to create vivid images of “cement people” during serious maintenance.
At the maintenance site, I saw their busy figures, as well as their faces covered in sweat, mud, and oil.
They know that details make perfect, and small areas make great achievements.
Their oily faces and protective clothing record their hard work, and the sweaty “cement men” interpret their responsibilities and aspirations with such a posture.
They are the main force at the maintenance site; They are the guardians of long-term stable operation of equipment…
The posture of their backs is not beautiful, but they are majestic.
They don’t have much words, regardless of fatigue, they just bury their heads in work, without any slack, and dare not neglect a little.
Although there is dust on each of their faces, they cannot conceal the smile on their faces after completing their work.
Their work is done at all times, and wherever there is a need, there is their presence, either with the effort of straightening their arms and tiptoeing up, or with the focus of deep squatting and focused gaze.
They are not afraid of difficulties and persevere as the cornerstone of their journey from one victory to another.
It was on these faces that I saw their meticulous, specialized, and meticulous work attitude towards maintenance.
