The roads in rural North Korea are like this, with very few cement roads

Traveling to North Korea mainly releases various travel news, travel notes, travel photography works, etc.

It is also a cement road, with very few vehicles on the road, mostly large trucks.

I don’t know how North Korean people usually take transportation when traveling far.

I hardly saw any decent roads along the way, not only did I not see highways, but there were few cement roads, and even asphalt roads.

Bicycles are their main means of transportation, but the road conditions in rural North Korea are very poor.

Due to the rain, people ride bicycles very carefully on muddy paths, which also amazed me with their cycling skills.

I haven’t seen any passenger cars along the way, only one main road.

North Korean women seem to have strong foot strength, and according to our tour guide, it’s not uncommon for North Koreans to walk ten kilometers every day.

North Korea’s agricultural production mainly relies on manpower, which is somewhat similar to China’s past.

Because most of the places are dirt roads, I wonder if it’s summer and vehicles pass by, there will be dust flying.

Tractors are also very rare, but occasionally a tractor can also be seen.

Occasionally, North Korean women can also be seen carrying cloth bags and wearing headscarves as they pass by the car window.

When I arrived in North Korea, it had just rained, and the air outside the window was clear and the rice was fragrant.

Such roads are indeed only suitable for walking, and cars are definitely not suitable for driving.

From Sinuiju, North Korea to Pyongyang, we often see rice paddies, with occasional small towns appearing relatively deserted.

The clothing of North Korean farmers is very simple, with most of their skin tone being waxy yellow and looking relatively thin.
