Do you know what precast buildings are?
Precast buildings refer to buildings constructed by assembling and connecting components produced in factories on construction sites.
Compared to the mainstream cast-in-place buildings still under construction, precast buildings take a part of the components that were originally formed through cast-in-place, such as beams, columns, and slabs, to the factory for production, and then transport them to the construction site for assembly.
The nodes are completed, and then a part of the on-site pouring is used to combine these two parts to form a complete building.
To measure the level of precast buildings, there is also the issue of assembly rate.
How many components have been assembled in the factory and how much wet work has been reduced on site represent the technical level of precast buildings.
