The project comprehensively utilizes dozens of new design and construction technologies, designed according to the three-star green building standard.

It is a key construction project in Fujian Province, a technology demonstration project of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and a pilot project for precast buildings in Fuzhou High tech Zone.

It is also the first project in Fujian Province to obtain the ultra-low energy consumption building label.

The Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development has listed this project as a typical case of precast construction in Fujian Province for key promotion, reflecting the leading position of the Municipal Architectural Design Institute in the field of precast construction.

In the future, the Municipal Architectural Design Institute will continue to deepen research in the field of precast construction and contribute to the development of precast construction in Fujian Province.
