In order to implement the requirements of documents such as the “Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Vigorously Developing Precast Buildings” and “Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of New Building Industrialization”, and to take demonstration bases and projects as the guide, improve the level of new building industrialization in our city, and promote the high-quality development of our city’s construction industry, in accordance with the “Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Management of Precast Building Industry Bases” and the “Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Management of Precast Building Demonstration Projects”, our bureau organized the application, evaluation, and publicity of precast building demonstration bases and demonstration projects for the year 2024.

During the publicity period, no unit or individual raised any objections to the recommended list of publicity.

The list of recommended second batch of precast building demonstration bases and projects in Zhuhai City will be announced (see attachment for details).
