According to the “Ninth Five Year Plan” to the “Twelfth Five Year Plan” for China’s national economy, the country’s support policies for the precast construction industry have undergone a change from “gradually establishing a construction market system” to “actively developing the construction industry” and then to “promoting green buildings and advanced materials”.

In the 13th Five Year Plan, China first proposed the promotion of precast buildings, and the 14th Five Year Plan once again clarified the important task of developing intelligent construction and promoting precast buildings.
