Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development announced the list of “Beijing’s First Batch of Precast Building Demonstration Projects”.

The residential and kindergarten projects on plots L02 and 05 in Wangsiying, Beijing, were successfully selected due to their “high assembly rate+multi technology integration” hard core strength! As one of the first high standard commercial residential projects in Beijing, it is not only a “new business card” for green, healthy and low-carbon cities, but also a practice about “future architecture”.
