Japan has achieved the physical separation of support (building structure) and filling (interior components) through the KSI (Kikou Skeleton Infill) system.

For example, in the 1970s, the KEP project developed an open system that separated the structure and components of the building, meeting personalized needs while ensuring building safety.

At present, the standardized installation error of overall bathroom in Japan is controlled within ± 2mm, and the probability of waterproof failure is approaching zero.
