Recently, the Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission of Mianyang City issued a new draft of “Several Measures to Promote the High quality Development of the Construction Industry in Mianyang City (for soliciting opinions)”, proposing 19 specific measures around seven dimensions: “enterprise cultivation, green transformation, innovation driven, organizational optimization, quality and safety, environmental improvement, and guarantee implementation”, forming a comprehensive and multi-level policy support system to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.
