In order to address the pain points and difficulties of low efficiency, high energy consumption, and uneven quality in traditional decoration models, and actively promote the construction of “good houses”, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development has formulated and issued a series of guidelines such as the “Henan Province Precast Decoration Technical Guidelines” and the “Henan Province Precast Decoration Evaluation Technical Guidelines” to promote the industrialization, digitization, and greening of construction.
