The conference was chaired by Professor Liu Biao from the Intelligent Construction Branch of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology.

Sun Yusheng, Deputy Director of the Standardization Working Committee and Director of the Intelligent Construction Branch of the China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology, and other leaders attended the meeting.
