In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of Document No.
2 of Lu Jian Zhi Jian Han [2026], fill the gaps in construction control of precast buildings, and strengthen the defense line of engineering quality, the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau recently issued the “Technical Disclosure Rules for the Prevention and Control of Common Quality Problems in Precast Building Engineering”, focusing on the full life cycle control of precast components, refining 26 practical standards, and providing refined control to safeguard high-quality residential construction.
