In order to further expand the application scope of precast buildings, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and 9 other departments recently issued a notice, deciding to further promote the use of precast building components such as precast staircase boards, precast floor slabs, and precast interior and exterior wall panels (hereinafter referred to as “three boards”) in newly built buildings in various districts and cities.
