Promoting precast buildings, Shanghai’s urban renewal and housing development “15th Five Year Plan” is introduced
Recently, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government issued the “15th Five Year Plan for Urban Renewal and Housing Development in Shanghai” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”).
The “Plan” focuses on six dimensions: “benefiting people’s livelihoods, promoting development, improving quality, continuing cultural heritage, optimizing ecology, and strengthening resilience”.
It proposes 23 key tasks, 19 key indicators, and a package of guarantee measures, with the goal of building an innovative, livable, beautiful, resilient, civilized, and intelligent modern people’s city.
